Steve & Dody Jenkins - Directors   Steve is a native of Florida, a Christian, father of 3, and dedicated to his family, The Extra Mile, and life in recovery. Steve works in industry in the Tupelo area.   Dody, (Vail) is a native of California, a Christian, an ICADC, (Internationally Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor), CCS (Certified Clinical Supervisor), certified through MAAP (Mississippi Association of Addiction Professionals), an Associate Prevention Specialist, certified through the State of Mississippi Department of Mental Health, and is the Executive Director of NCADD (National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence) of N.E. MS, Inc., since 1995. She is dedicated to her family, the Extra Mile, and life in recovery.   The Jenkins reside on property at The Extra Mile, Men's Center in Northeast MS. Together, Steve and Dody have over 28 years in recovery and in the spirit of STEP 12 of AA / NA "Having had a spiritual awakening as a result of these steps, we wanted to carry the message to others" and give back a portion of the many blessing given to us.
	KENNY COOPER, a Mississippi native, is our Men's Program Manager.   Kenny is completing the (MACT) MS. Addiction Counselor Training sponsored by the MS. Association of Addiction Professionals.   Kenny conducts individual counseling / guidance, teaches addiction education, anger management, relapse prevention, a 12-step study, and conducts drug and alcohol testing. Kenny, along with his faithful pet "Sebastian" live on property.   Kenny is dedicated to his recovery, his friends, family and sponsees and to the Extra Mile.
	PAT & BEN VAIL, Alabama natives, are our "Dynamic Duo" group and individual therapists, bringing a lifetime of wisdom and experience to The Extra Mile and its residents.   Pat is a Registered Nurse and a Certified Addiction Professional who has over 30 years of experience in the Addiction field.   Pat has opened treatment centers, designed treatment programs, created assessment tools, and designed group therapy modalities.   Ben is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker(ret), a Certified Addiction Professional who also has over 30 years experience in the Addiction field. Ben has opened and managed treatment centers, supervised Intensive Outpatient Programs, has headed DUI and Court Referral programs in Alabama. Pat and Ben live on the Tenn-Tom waterway near Fulton, MS.
